BSC-24 Noise Barrier/Sound Absorber Composite
The barrier septum configuration offers the benefits of both sound absorption and noise barrier in one product. A non-reinforced 1-lb psf loaded vinyl barrier is sandwiched between two layers of 1” thick quilted fiberglass sound absorbers. When tested to ATSM E84, the composite has a Class 1 or A flammability rating, and is commonly used in plenums.
- Rolls are available 4’ wide up to 25’ long
- Available die-cut to 2’ x 4’ to lay on top of standard ceiling tiles
- Hi-temp, economy Scrim facing on both sides
